former president bill clinton is getting back on the campaign trail for president obama. mr. clinton will be in new hampshire next wednesday, the same day they face off in their first debate. back in 1992 clinton was the first democrat to carry new hampshire since 1964. billionaire george soros is donating more than a billion dollars to the super-pac after initially being against super-pacs. soros will donate $500,000 to two other super-pacs supporting democrats.
